I have resolved to try to create some YouTube shorts. This is my first one. It is a challenge to present something useful in such a brief format, but it's fun. I hope you find it useful. Please like, subscribe, and share!

Anticipating that there would be folks who got banjitars for Christmas, I made this video to help them get up-and-running easily. I have seen reviews on various models of banjitars where people have blasted them for various quality issues, but what they're dealing with is the lack of a good setup. Unfortunately, like most guitars from Asian factories, the cost-cutting measures to hit a price point usually affect the setup before packing and shipping. Most music stores don't know what to do with them and they just stick them out on the shelf.
Even if you have had your banjitar for a while, there are some tips here that might be helpful. Check it out.
I did a couple of instruction videos lately. Here they are. Enjoy!
A cover of the classic “Across the Great Divide” by Kate Wolf. The banjitar is in Nashville tuning with a capo on the 4th fret. Enjoy!
This is a useful lesson from Brad Davis. I love the sound of his Deering banjitar! Maybe someday Deering will want to sponsor me or want me...
